Granite Fortress Data Center

Granite Fortress is DCPC’s newest development — a 300-acre, 250MW grid-independent data center campus rising in North Juab County, Utah. Purpose-built for high-density compute, Granite Fortress brings together on-site natural-gas generation, storage, and a fully islandable microgrid to deliver true behind-the-meter power independence.

Located just south of Utah County, the fastest-growing technology corridor in the state, the site combines abundant land, rapid permitting, and unmatched speed to power. The campus is engineered for multiple Class-A data center facilities totaling more than 750,000 square feet, designed to support GPU-intensive workloads without relying on traditional utility timelines or grid constraints.

Granite Fortress delivers what the next generation of operators demand: large-scale capacity, power certainty, and a development pathway measured in months, not years.
